This site and the software
This is an informational website. The StrixGeo software is free and open source; its use is governed by its own licence, described on the Licence page. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that any feature or release date will materialise. The software is provided without warranty, as stated in its licence.
The mailing list
Joining the signup list lets us email you about new releases. It costs nothing, creates no obligation, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. How we handle your email is described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The StrixGeo name, logo, text, and design on this site are owned by Robin Vorsselmans and may not be copied or reused without permission. The source code of the software is licensed separately; see the Licence page.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law; any dispute falls under the competent courts of Ghent (Gent).
