Bèta Licence Agreement

This Bèta Licence governs your use of the StrixGeo desktop application during its bèta phase. By downloading, installing or using the bèta you accept it.

Licence

Robin Vorsselmans, operating StrixGeo, grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the bèta solely for evaluation and feedback. Your bèta key is for you alone and may not be shared.

Bèta status

The software is pre-release and may be incomplete, change, or be withdrawn at any time. Bèta access may end without notice. Do not rely on it for production work or as the sole basis for engineering decisions.

No warranty & liability

The bèta is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Belgian law, StrixGeo (Robin Vorsselmans) is not liable for any loss arising from its use. Output must be independently verified by a qualified professional.

Feedback

You grant StrixGeo a free, perpetual right to use feedback you provide to improve the product.

Your data

Your project data stays under your control on your own machine; how we handle your contact data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

Belgian law; competent courts of Ghent (Gent).
